**Notes:

The New Planning for Results is a streamlined long range planning process that was especially designed for libraries. The process is driven largely by determining the needs of the community and choosing library service priorities to meet those needs. By focusing on the community's needs, your library will be able to allocate resources wisely. Highlights of the NPFR process are its short time line for completion, its use as a marketing tool to generate support for the library, its adaptability and ease of implementation. During the New Planning for Results workshop, attendees will gain an understanding of the entire process and how to conduct the NPFR process at their own libraries.
